What data we collect and why
We only collect the data you give us in the quote request form: name, email, phone number, location, the type of request (works, property or other) and your message.
We use this data only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange a visit, prepare a quote or give you information about a property. We do not use it for advertising, nor do we sell it or pass it on to anyone.
The processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the steps needed to prepare any contract that may be entered into between us.
How long we keep it
Your request is kept in our email system for as long as necessary to reply to you and follow up on the matter.
If the request leads to a building contract or the purchase of a property, the documents are kept for the periods required by law, in particular for tax purposes. Otherwise, we delete the request once it is no longer needed.
Who has access
Within the company, only the people who handle quotes, building works and property sales.
Outside the company, we use IT service providers that host the website, the form submission service and our email: Microsoft (Azure and Microsoft 365), with servers in the European Union. These providers process the data on our behalf and may not use it for any other purpose.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for:
- access to your data and the correction of anything that is inaccurate;
- erasure or restriction of processing;
- data portability;
- to object to processing, or to withdraw the consent you have given.

If you consider that we have not handled the matter properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados — CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and the form is sent over that connection. Access to the company's email is protected by individual accounts and Microsoft 365 authentication.
Whistleblowing reports
Data received through the whistleblowing channel is processed separately, only by the persons responsible for the channel, in order to comply with Portuguese Law no. 93/2021 (Lei n.º 93/2021). The identity of the whistleblower is confidential and records are kept for 5 years or for as long as any proceedings concerning the facts are pending.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or social media cookies. If you accept in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to measure visits in aggregate form; in that case Google Ireland Limited processes that data on our behalf. The details are in the cookie policy.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may refer the matter to CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, the Portuguese National Centre for Consumer Dispute Information and Arbitration (www.cniacc.pt). You may also use the electronic Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico).

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
