Detached houses built from scratch, under a building contract or on a turnkey basis.

A lawful project starts with who builds it

In Portugal, only companies holding a licence (alvará) issued by IMPIC may carry out works above a certain value and public works. For you, this means:

  • A company vetted by the State for good standing, technical capacity and financial capacity.
  • Qualified technical staff on the payroll and up-to-date workers' compensation insurance.
  • Paperwork in order for planning permission, inspections and mortgage lending.
  • Statutory warranty on the work, with an identified person responsible.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Site visit and survey

    We visit the site, listen to what you need and look at the design or the idea.

  2. Detailed quote

    An itemised proposal, with a bill of quantities, timescales and payment terms.

  3. Supervised construction

    A dedicated site manager, regular progress updates and on-site safety.

  4. Handover and warranty

    Final inspection with you, as-built drawings and the statutory warranty on the work.
